Pre-productions servers will be updated on 2026-01-16 10:00 AM (Paris time).

The estimated downtime is about 3 hours.

As part of our continuous improvement process, we have updated the configuration of our front-end servers.

It was identified that certain encryption algorithms (Cipher Suites) used for the TLS 1.2 protocol are now considered deprecated or insufficiently robust.

This concerns the following suite: TLSv1.2 ECDSA+SHA1

This suite has been removed as its continued use no longer complies with current recommendations from cybersecurity authorities (notably ANSSI).

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our support team.

As part of the improvement of our services, a planned maintenance will be performed on servers' firewalls.

The operations is scheduled Tuesday, December 23, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM. (all times are Paris Time).

No downtime is expected. However, disruptions may occur throughout the entire duration of the maintenance window.

The operations are scheduled as follows (all times are Paris Time):

• Pre-production environment: Thursday, November 6, 2025, between 7:30 AM and 8:30 AM.

• Production environment: Monday, November 10, 2025, between 10:00 PM (22:00) and 12:00 AM (00:00).

Disruptions are to be expected for the entire duration of the maintenance windows.
A period of complete service unavailability of approximately 10 minutes will occur within each respective slot.
